I've read a sad six books so far this year, and Stephenie Meyer wrote four of them. This troubles me greatly, especially with number five sitting on the floor beside me. I think this was probably from scrollgirl at one point. But I'm watching Studio 60 right now, and while there are many things I love about the show, its treatment of its women is so far from one of them. As if my obsessive watching of Doctor Who wasn't bad enough, I succumbed and bought two of the new books. For The Monsters Inside, at least I had an excuse - I was refunding something in HMV, so I had the money, and it was reduced.
